Mic, Webcam, Speaker and Pitch Tests

Check a microphone, a camera or a pair of speakers before the call starts and not during it. The mic test records a few seconds and plays them back, so you hear what others will hear.

The webcam test shows your picture with its resolution and frame rate. The speaker and headphone test plays a sound on the left, then on the right, and needs no permission at all. Two pages are for singers and musicians: one shows the pitch of your voice in hertz and as a note name, the other plays a note and asks you to name it. The code on these pages does not upload, store or keep any sound or picture, and a recording is gone when you close the tab. Your browser asks for permission first, and you can take it back at any time.
