How it works
A 75 BPM metronome keeps the pace the Royal Navy's drill book sets aside for funeral gun carriages: 75 paces to the minute, ten quicker than its slow time. One beat lasts exactly 800 ms.

Start
Tap the pad, or press Space, and the count begins at 75: one higher click, then three level ones. Tap again to end it.
Change the tempo
Tap the number under the pad to type a tempo, or nudge it with minus and plus. A wind-up metronome usually cannot stop on 75: the most common scale in Wikipedia's Metronome article goes in threes up to 72 and in fours from 76.
Questions and answers
Is 75 BPM adagio, andante or larghetto?
Andante, by Wikipedia's list of tempo markings: 56 to 108, with Adagio and Larghetto ending at 66. Two dials pictured in German Wikipedia's Tempo article disagree: a 20th-century German one prints Adagio over 66 to 76, a 19th-century French one Larghetto over 70 to 98.
Which other tempo words reach 75 BPM?
Adagietto (46 to 80) and Marcia moderato, a moderate march (66 to 80), in the same list, which calls its figures very rough. A present-day Japanese dial in that German article reads Andante from 69 to 76; its bands are hints, the article says.
How fast is 75 next to slow and quick time?
Nearer the slow. Paragraph 0220 of BRd 1834, Royal Navy Ceremonial and Drill (December 2018), puts slow time at 65 paces to the minute and quick time at 116; at a naval funeral with a gun carriage, everyone else keeps the carriage's cadence.
How do I set 75 BPM in 3/4?
Not on this pad, which counts in fours. Open the 3/4 metronome and type 75 as its number: the higher click then leads each bar of three, and 25 bars go by in a minute, by our sum.
Why can't I hear the metronome?
On a phone, look at the ring switch first, then the volume, then any Bluetooth speaker that may be playing the click instead. The pad shows the 75 either way: its four dots light one at a time, the largest on beat one.
